Technical Support Services Guidelines definition

Technical Support Services Guidelines or "TSS Guidelines" means the then current technical support services provided by Google to customers in connection with Services (as the same may be updated by Google from time to time) and which are currently described at: https://cloud.google.com/terms/tssg/ (under Google Cloud Platform Services).
Technical Support Services Guidelines means Google’s then-current guidelines for Service specific technical support services, accessible at the URL provided in the applicable Service Addendum (or such other URL as Google may provide).

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.
