Technology Documentation definition

Technology Documentation means all information, instructions, manuals, designs, drawings, models, samples, schematics, experimental or test data, notes, charts, reports, specifications, prototypes and other information: 1.1.34.1 relating to the development, use, installation, implementation, integration, set-up, configuration, operation, updating, enhancement, modification, maintenance or support of Technology; or 1.1.34.2 used in connection with the instruction and training of individuals in the development, use, installation, implementation, integration, set-up, configuration, operation, updating, enhancement, modification, maintenance or support of Technology, in any form or medium whatsoever and whether or not copyrightable, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein;
Technology Documentation means all designs, drawings, specifications, test information, vendor lists, source and object code versions of the software incorporated into or used by Company to design, manufacture or maintain the Com21 Headend Products and all other data and information owned by Company or to which Company has the right to grant sublicenses with respect to the design, manufacture and use of the Com21 Headend Products. The Technology Documentation will include a list of third party technology, if any, in the Com21 Headend Products to which Company cannot sublicense the rights envisioned by the manufacturing license below, and persons at such third parties to contact regarding obtaining licenses. The Technology Documentation will further include a list of consultants, if any, whom Company reasonably believes could provide technical support to 3Com in connection with 3Com's exercising of the fights under the manufacturing license below. Attached as Exhibit F to this Agreement is a complete list of the Technology Documentation that exists as of such date. Company shall update such Technology Documentation if it updates its own archival copy of the Technology Documentation.
Technology Documentation as used in this Escrow Agreement has the same meaning as set forth in Section 1.23 of the Reseller Agreement.

More Definitions of Technology Documentation

Technology Documentation means a written description of the BMS Know-How.

Com21 shall update such Technology Documentation if it updates its own archival copy of the Technology Documentation.
Technology Documentation means all material, printed or in any other publication medium, defining the Technology or relating to the description of the Technology.
Technology Documentation means the technical manuals, design manual, design documents, taken together with their drawings and indexes, which describe and explain the proprietary knowledge of SELLER, and included all the documents described in the ANNEX 3.
Technology Documentation means all commercially reasonable documentation in the possession of either Party that describes the specifications and performance features of the FR/SIC Technology.

Related to Technology Documentation

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Regulatory Documentation means, with respect to the Compounds, all submissions to Regulatory Authorities in connection with the development of such Compounds, including all INDs and amendments thereto, NDAs and amendments thereto, drug master files, correspondence with regulatory agencies, periodic safety update reports, adverse event files, complaint files, inspection reports and manufacturing records, in each case together with all supporting documents (including documents that include Clinical Data).

  • User Documentation means explanatory and informational materials concerning the Company products, in printed or electronic format, which the Company or any Subsidiary has released for distribution to end users with such Company products, which may include manuals, descriptions, user and/or installation instructions, diagrams, printouts, listings, flow-charts and training materials, contained on visual media such as paper or photographic film, or on other physical storage media in machine readable form.
