In the event the Vendor and/or Service Provider utilizes a Subcontractor for any portion of the services outlined within the scope of its activities, the Subcontractor shall provide insurance of the same type or types and to the same extent of coverage as that provided by the Vendor and/or Service Provider. All insurance required of the Subcontractor shall name the City of Saratoga Springs as an Additional Insured on a primary and non-contributory basis for all those activities performed within its contracted activities for the contact as executed.

Examples of Technology Errors and Omissions in a sentence

Related to Technology Errors and Omissions

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.
