Tenancy Documents definition

Tenancy Documents means any agreement for sub-lease, sub-leases, licences and other deeds and documents relating to the Premises; and
Tenancy Documents any agreement for underlease, underleases, licences and other deeds and documents relating to the Premises;
Tenancy Documents means the lease, licences and other deeds, documents and other matters, if any, brief details of which are set out in schedule 2 together with any licences, deeds, documents or other agreements which the Seller may grant or enter into after the date of this Agreement under Commercial Condition 3.3.

More Definitions of Tenancy Documents

Tenancy Documents means any agreement for lease, agreement for licence, lease, licence or right of occupation or use (including any covenant or contractual right for use) of part of the completed Project. Tenant means each tenant and licensee who has signed a Tenancy Document. TfNSW means Transport for NSW. TfNSW Transport and Customer Requirements means the TfNSW requirements in Schedule 10. Third Party has the meaning given to it in clause 19.1(b).
Tenancy Documents means documents held by the Vendor recording the Tenancies.

  • Tenancy Agreement means the contract drawn up between the Landlord and the Tenant specifying the obligations of the two parties.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Sublease Agreement means that certain Sublease Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2021 by and between the Company and the Agency.

The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).

  • Facility Leases means all of the leases of Facilities listed on Schedule 3.7 of the Disclosure Schedules.
