Tenant Construction Manual definition

Tenant Construction Manual means that document (if any) prepared by the Landlord in respect of the Property or the Building which sets out rules, specifications, and procedures for the design and construction of improvements and alterations in and to the Leased Premises and elsewhere by the Tenant, as may be specified in such manual.
Tenant Construction Manual means that document prepared by the Landlord and provided to the Tenant in respect of the Building which, as a supplement to Schedule E attached hereto, sets out specific guidelines and requirements in regards to any alterations or Leasehold Improvements undertaken or to be undertaken by the Tenant in or on the Building or within the Premises.
Tenant Construction Manual means the “Tenant Construction Manual” prepared by the Landlord and made available to the Tenant, as the same may be amended, supplemented and/or revised by the Landlord from time to time.

  • All work to be performed in the Leased Premises shall be performed by reputable contractors approved by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and all work must be completed and maintained by the Tenant in accordance with the Tenant Construction Manual.

Tenant Construction Manual means the tenant construction and improvements manual or other similar document supplied by the Landlord from time to time to office tenants of the Building intending to perform alterations to or work within their respective premises.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.
