Tenant Improvement Process definition

Tenant Improvement Process means the process that requires Tenant to submit to Landlord for approval all plans and specifications for any Tenant Improvement that Tenant intends to construct or install on the Premises. The Tenant Improvement Process is generally described in the Aviation Department’s Tenant Improvement Handbook, which may be amended from time to time, and as described in Article 21 (Tenant Improvements) of this Lease. Examples of Tenant Improvement Process in a sentence

  • Tenant shall comply with the Tenant Improvement Process and the Tenant Improvement Handbook in making the repairs.

  • All signage and merchandising displays must be approved in advance by Lessor under the Tenant Improvement Process.
