  • After such portion or portions of the Leased Property have been relet by Lessor, Lessee shall pay to Lessor on the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month the difference between the monthly rentals and other charges relating to such Terminated Facility or Terminated Possession Facility as provided in this Lease for the preceding calendar month and those actually collected by Lessor for that month.
