  • After such portion or portions of the Leased Property have been relet by Lessor, Lessee shall pay to Lessor on the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month the difference between the monthly rentals and other charges relating to such Terminated Facility or Terminated Possession Facility as provided in this Lease for the preceding calendar month and those actually collected by Lessor for that month.

  • Until Lessor is able to relet the portion of the Leased Property relating to any Terminated Facility or Terminated Possession Facility, although Lessor shall be under no obligation to attempt to do so (unless expressly required by applicable law), Lessee shall pay to Lessor, on or before the first day of each calendar month, the monthly rentals and other charges relating to such Terminated Facility or Terminated Possession Facility as provided in this Lease.

  • Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :
