Testing Fee definition

Testing Fee means the fee payable at the time of application by Applicant for the evaluation of Applicant’s HIE Technology for the testing process. The amount of the Testing Fee is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and may be modified for future programs.
Testing Fee means any fee payable by the Applicant to Arthritis Australia for the Independent Assessment;
Testing Fee means the amount specified in Schedule A, attached hereto, to be paid by Taiho to Response for performance of the Testing Services.

  • AFSL will not consider a refund for a Quality Testing Fee if the Participating Importer, or any related company, had previously refused to pay Quality Testing Fees to Participating Shipper, or Participating Shipper knew, or had reason to know, that the Participating Importer or any related company had previously refused to pay Quality Testing Fees to any other agent.

  • Applicant may reapply at any time in the future by resubmitting its application and the full Testing Fee.

  • In the event of a material discrepancy between the amount paid by Participating Shipper and the amount indicated that should have been paid, Participating Shipper, upon request, shall provide documentation to the escrow agent to demonstrate the correct amount of the Quality Testing Fee.

  • To support the quality improvement programs, Participating Importers have authorized a Quality Testing Fee on all shipments of Governed Fireworks to the United States to be assessed on them by Participating Shipper.


More Definitions of Testing Fee

Testing Fee means an amount paid by the parent/s to the school to cover the administrative costs involved in conducting Entrance Testing.
Testing Fee means the testing fee charged by the eHealth Exchange for the Testing Program. The amount of the Testing Fee is set forth in this section 7 (Fees) and may be modified in the future.

Related to Testing Fee

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Enrolment Fee means the fee paid by the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) to cover all the administrative costs involved in enrolling a Student at the School. It is not refundable, and it is not offset against any other fees.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swiss Francs in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • Incentive Payment means the payment to a STGU, including an AOBC Generation Unit, for RPS class I Renewable Generation Attributes and/or Environmental Attributes produced by these units, calculated pursuant to Section 7.0 below.

  • Service Payment has the meaning given to it in clause 9.1;

  • Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means October 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through February 10, 2014.
