Texas Action definition

Texas Action means the action commenced on or about October 25, 1995 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas entitled KIMBERLY-CLARK CORPORATION V. PARAGON TRADE BRANDS, INC., Case No. 3:95-CV-2574 (N.D. Tex.).
