The Settlement Benefits. DaVita has agreed to pay $3,800,000 into a Settlement Fund to pay for: (i) reasonable Notice and Claims Administration Costs incurred, (ii) any taxes owed by the Settlement Fund, (iii) any Service Awards approved by the Court, (iv) any Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, and Expenses Award as approved by the Court, and (v) the following benefits to Settlement Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form: (1) Privacy Shield, a data protection and monitoring service, and (2) a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund.

Examples of The Settlement Benefits in a sentence

  • The Settlement Benefits shall be delivered by the Claim Administrator within thirty-five (35) days of the Effective Date.

  • The Settlement Benefits payment shall include written notice explaining that the Settlement Class Member may submit a request for a written explanation of how the amount of the Settlement Benefits payment was calculated, which request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the postmark date of the Settlement Benefits payment.

  • The Settlement Benefits shall be issued along with a report setting out the determination of the cash value of the Eligible Settlement Claimant’s assigned points in the Settlement Claim Decision issued pursuant to Section 5.6(10).
