Third Party Credit Support Document definition

Third Party Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument (including any guarantee, insurance policy, security agreement or pledge agreement) whose terms provide for the guarantee of Xxxxxx’x obligations under this Agreement by a third party.
Third Party Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument (including any guarantee or equivalent) entered into pursuant to Part 5(g) (Ratings Events), the terms of which provide for the guarantee of Party A's obligations under this Agreement by a third party.
