Third Party Monitor definition

Third Party Monitor means an unaffiliated third party, selected in each case by Seller and reasonably approved by Buyer that provides, installs, operates or maintains the installation, operation, or maintenance of the Metering Device.
Third Party Monitor. An third party unaffiliated with either Party, selected in each case by Power Provider that provides, installs, operates, maintains, and/or supervises the installation, operation, and/or maintenance of the Meter.
Third Party Monitor has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.2.

Examples of Third Party Monitor in a sentence

  • Records or summaries of complaints to the Independent Third Party Monitor, and actions and determinations of it, shall be made available to the public upon request.

  • Any member of the public may register a complaint with an Independent Third Party Monitor, alleging any entity’s noncompliance with requirements of this Agreement, and the Independent Third Party Monitor shall investigate all complaints and determine where there has been a violation.

  • Compliance with requirements of this Section X.F shall be monitored by an Independent Third Party Monitor.

  • An Independent Third Party Monitor will determine on an annual basis whether Alternative-Fuel Vehicles or Comparable Emissions Vehicles are commercially available to perform particular tasks, and, in cases where Alternative-Fuel Vehicles are not commercially available for performance of a particular task, will identify the Least- Polluting Available Vehicle for performance of that task.

  • Once per quarter, the Monitoring Oversight Committee shall meet with the MSD in-house monitoring staff or an Independent Third Party Monitor, to report on the progress of the compliance with all CBA terms with a particular focus on the Job Training Program, the First Source Hiring Program, MBE/WBE participation and work force inclusion.

  • Compliance with requirements of this Section VII.F shall be monitored by an Independent Third Party Monitor.

Third Party Monitor means either Purple Land Management or another independent third-party satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.

  • Third Party Service Provider means any consultant, agent, advisor, or independent contractor who renders services to the Company, a Subsidiary, or an Affiliate that (a) are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company’s securities in a capital raising transaction, and (b) do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company’s securities.

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.

However, for the purpose of this DPA, the term “Third Party” when used to indicate the provider of digital educational software or services is replaced by the term “Provider.” EXHIBIT “D” DIRECTIVE FOR DISPOSITION OF DATA Provider to dispose of data obtained by Provider pursuant to the terms of the Service Agreement between LEA and Provider. The terms of the Disposition are set forth below:

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).
