Any disputes relating to failure or delay in delivery or falsification of, or mistakes in the transaction instructions due to the Third Party Payment Platform, relevant system, network, equipment security or any other reasons should be solved by the Cardholders and the Third Party Service Provider.
The fund transfer via a domestic ATM and the Third Party Payment Platform shall be subject to the provisions of the People’s Bank of China.

SCB is only obligated to carry out relevant Debit Card Transactions according to the instructions sent through the Third Party Payment Platform, subject to ARTICLE 28 and ARTICLE 29.
