Threshold Performance definition

Threshold Performance means that the Company has achieved Total Shareholder Return of eight percent (8%).
Threshold Performance is achievement at the 35th percentile of the Performance Measures compared to the Peer Group and represents the level of performance below which the number of Performance Share Units actually covered by the Target Award shall be adjusted downward to zero.
Threshold Performance means the level of attainment of the Performance Goal necessary for the payment of any Award upon the completion of any Performance Period.

  • Specifically, the vesting of any of the PSUs is dependent upon attainment of the Threshold Performance Target as set forth in Section 3.
