Tier 2 Own Funds definition

Tier 2 Own Funds means own funds eligible to be classified as Tier 2 (or whatever the terminology employed by the Future Regulations, including any transitional arrangements as applicable) under the Future Regulations.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Condition 3.4, no substitute or successor rate will be adopted, nor will any other amendment to the terms of the Notes be made, if and to the extent that, as confirmed by a certificate signed by two AuthorisedSignatories of the Issuer, the same would cause the Notes to cease qualifying as Tier 2 Own Funds of the Issuer under the Applicable Regulations.
