Time for Completion of Construction definition

Time for Completion of Construction means the period from the Compliance Date to the date of issue of Construction Completion Certificate in accordance with the Project Implementation Schedule, which involves the design, setting out, construction of works, erection and installation of equipments, commissioning, testing and certification of works.
Time for Completion of Construction means construction of the project and works as specified in Schedule III of this agreement and Scope of work as set out under the RFP. The Construction Period is reckoned from the Compliance Date to the date of issue of Construction Completion Certificate in accordance with the Project Implementation Schedule as per Article 8.6.

Examples of Time for Completion of Construction in a sentence

  • In case the Concessionaire fails to complete the Works within the Time for Completion of Construction, the Authority shall issue a notice to the Concessionaire to complete the construction within such reasonable time as will be specified in the notice and shall also be asked to pay damages, as specified in Article 3.

  • The Concessionaire shall, at the same time, notify Authority and Independent Engineer of the steps being taken to expedite progress so as to achieve completion within the Time for Completion of Construction as specified under Article12.2.

  • If the Concessionaire delays Completion of Construction beyond the Time for Completion of Construction and if in the opinion of the Independent Engineer, such delay is caused by any negligence, default, or failure of the Concessionaire, no extension of Time for Completion of Construction shall be given by the Authority.

  • Any such notice shall state the extent of the actual and anticipated delay and its anticipated effect on the Time for Completion of Construction, and shall specify the steps the Concessionaire proposes to take to minimize such delay.

  • Completion of Construction means all the construction is complete except for minor weather-related components and conforms to the approved plans and specifications and change orders.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.
