Other Shippers definition

Other Shippers means each of the Shippers other than the relevant Shipper; “Outputs” has the meaning given in Section E paragraph 1.1.3 of the IUK Access Code;
Other Shippers means each of the Shippers other than the relevant Shipper;
Other Shippers means all Persons, other than the Shipper, which, at the relevant time are party to an agreement with INGL for the transportation of Natural Gas through the Transmission System, and "Other Shipper" means any one of such Persons. "Party" shall mean either the Shipper or INGL, and "Parties" shall mean both the Shipper and INGL. "Person" shall mean any natural person, firm, partnership, association, organisation, foundation, trust, joint venture, company, government, governmental body, authority, or other incorporated or unincorporated body. Unless the context otherwise requires, the expression may include INGL and/or the Shipper. "Potential Shippers" shall mean all Persons, other than the Shipper and Other Shippers, which have applied, in a written format acceptable to INGL, to enter into an agreement with INGL for the transportation of Natural Gas through the Transmission System. "PRMS" shall mean the pressure reduction and metering stations to be located at, or near, one or more Designated Redelivery Points (as determined by INGL) to reduce the pressure of, and to meter, the Natural Gas transported by INGL hereunder and which are required to measure, test and verify the quantity and/or composition of Natural Gas, and any pipeline segment Downstream thereof operated by INGL. "Proper Nomination" shall mean Nominations made by the Shipper and accepted by INGL in accordance with Section 12. "Reasonable and Prudent Operator" shall mean a Person seeking in good faith to perform its contractual obligations and, in so doing and in the general conduct of its undertaking, exercising that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced operator engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances and conditions.

Examples of Other Shippers in a sentence

  • Shipper and Other Shippers shall be entitled to take turns to schedule a Subscribed Additional Berthing Right in that Month M+2 in the order of their ranking whereby the Shipper or Other Shipper with the highest ranking in each turn shall be entitled to schedule in priority to Shipper or the Other Shippers.

  • In such event Shipper and Other Shipper(s) involved in such arrangement shall notify Terminal Operator of such arrangement as soon as possible but no later than four (4) Days before the date of the earliest Scheduled Slot involved.

  • Terminal Operator and Shipper and Other Shippers shall discuss in good faith, with the aim of agreeing, before the last Day of Month M, the scheduling of Subscribed Additional Berthing Rights for Month M+2.

  • On the other hand, if the practice is required by the employer, the time involved must be added to the employer’s tour of duty and treated as compensable hours of work XIII.

  • Prior to 20 October of each Contract Year, or in relation to the first Contract Year by 20 October of the calendar Year preceding the first Contract Year, Terminal Operator, Shipper and the Other Shippers shall establish the AMS and the IBS for the first or next Contract Year, as the case may be, pursuant to the provisions set out below.

  • In case Shipper and Other Shippers do not agree on the scheduling of the Subscribed Additional Berthing Rights, Terminal Operator shall use a system of ranking which shall be based on the number of Subscribed Additional Berthing Rights Shipper or Other Shippers have requested to schedule in such Month M+2.

  • Notwithstanding the approval of Other Shippers and/or Other Users, Terminal Operator shall be entitled to refuse to accept the Off-Specification LNG.

  • After the AMS has been established, Terminal Operator, Shipper and the Other Shippers shall evaluate the potential to make available one (1) additional Slot during each of the Months of March through October during the next Contract Year, taking into account all relevant factors, including experience gained and changed circumstances.

Related to Other Shippers

  • Shippers means the party or parties who agrees with Carrier for transportation of Petroleum.

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Visitors means any visitor, user, subscriber or viewer of the i*Trade@CIMB Portal.

  • Tugs means dedicated vessels that push or pull other vessels in ports, harbors, and inland waterways (e.g., tugboats and towboats).

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Transporter(s) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Occupants means employees, visitors or invitees at NYC owned or managed buildings.

  • Guests means the Tenant's licensees, invitees and all others in, on or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Common Facilities or the Property, either at the Tenant's express or implied request or invitation or for the purpose of soliciting or visiting the Tenant.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Overburden means any material of any nature, consolidated or unconsolidated, that overlies a mineral deposit, excluding topsoil or similar naturally occurring surface materials that are not disturbed by mining operations.

  • Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze means a product designed to seal out moisture, increase gloss, or otherwise enhance a motor vehicle’s painted surfaces. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” includes, but is not limited to, products designed for use in autobody repair shops and “drive-through” car washes, as well as products designed for the general public. “Automotive Wax, Polish, Sealant or Glaze” does not include “Automotive Rubbing or Polishing Compounds”, automotive wash and wax products, surfactant-containing car wash products, and products designed for use on unpainted surfaces such as bare metal, chrome, glass, or plastic.
