TLD Policies definition

TLD Policies means the applicable terms and conditions for the registration of a Domain Name in a particular TLD, including the annexes and any and all interpretative guidelines published by the Registry in relation thereto, as may be amended from time to time;

Examples of TLD Policies in a sentence

  • It shall perform these tasks in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable TLD Policies.

  • More in particular, Registry shall not accept applications and/or requests for the registration of a Domain Name that are excluded under the TLD Policies, and in particular Domain Names that are contained on the list of Registry Reserved Names (as defined in the TLD Policies).

  • On payment of the Registration Fee to the registrar and after payment by the registrar to the BOCRA of the separate registration fee and after acceptance of the Application, the Registrant will be entitled to a limited, non-assignable, licence for the exclusive use of the .bw Domain name, subject to continuing compliance with the terms of this agreement and .bw TLD Policies, for the Term.

  • On payment of the Registration Fee to the registrar and after payment by the registrar to Atgron of the separate registration fee and after acceptance of the Application, the Registrant will be entitled to a limited, non-assignable, licence for the exclusive use of the .WED Domain name, subject to continuing compliance with the terms of this agreement and .WED TLD Policies, for the Term.

  • No amendment or modification of this Agreement or any provision hereof shall be binding unless executed in writing by both parties, save that any applicable registry TLD Policies may be updated from time and posted for review on its website and or the CentralNic Registrar Console.

  • Protiviti assisted the Debtors in preparation of solicitation packages for the sale of mortgage servicing rights and whole loans and the review of bids received by potential purchasers.

  • On payment of the Registration Fee to the registrar and after payment by the registrar to the NICGY of the separate registration fee and after acceptance of the Application, the Registrant will be entitled to a limited, non-assignable, licence for the exclusive use of the .GY Domain name, subject to continuing compliance with the terms of this agreement and .GY TLD Policies, for the Term.

  • More in particular, Registry Operator shall not accept requests for the registration of a Domain Name that are excluded under the TLD Policies, and in particular Domain Names that are contained on the list of Registry Reserved Names (as defined in the respective TLD Policies).

Related to TLD Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Reinsured Policies has the meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Agreement.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Covered policy means a policy of commercial risk insurance, professional liability insurance or public entity insurance.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Applicable Policies means the policies, bylaws, directives, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, rules, systems and procedures of AHS listed in Schedule “F” attached.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • Managed Care Plans means all health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, individual practice associations, competitive medical plans and similar arrangements.

  • Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Exchange Policies means the policies, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Exchange governing the granting of options by the Company, as amended from time to time;

  • Self-insurance means the licence holder's financial capacity to meet any liability to a third party in respect of which the licence holder does not otherwise have insurance.

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Mandatory Policies means the University’s policies listed in Schedule 3 (Mandatory Policies).
