Top Company Customer definition

Top Company Customer means one of the 14 largest customers and resellers of the Company and its Subsidiaries by revenue for the fiscal year ended October 3, 2020.
Top Company Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a). “Top Company Supplier” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(b).
