Total API Requests definition

Total API Requests is the total number of requests made by the Bot or the Client to the Premium Channel’s API Endpoint in a Microsoft Azure subscription during an Applicable Period.
Total API Requests refers to the total number of authenticated API requests made by the client to any of the API endpoints of their Azure Data Manager for Energy resource during an Applicable Period for a given Microsoft Azure subscription.
Total API Requests means the total number of successful Customer initiated API requests (excluding requests to Covered Service management APIs) and Unsuccessful API Requests that are processed by the Covered.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the DPA to access his or her Personal Data;

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.
