Total Completion of the Work definition

Total Completion of the Work means when all items arising from the one year warranty period required by the Contract Documents have been corrected by the Contractor and the state of the Work is so declared, in writing, by the Owner.
Total Completion of the Work means Substantial Completion has been achieved, the Tools, Spare Parts and Deliverables have been delivered to Supplier and/or Bruce Power and the Work has been fully and totally completed and accepted by Supplier in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the Making Good of all known Defective Work. For clarity, the Work shall not be fully and totally complete unless and until the Work required to satisfy the Open Items List is complete.

  • In addition, at any time after that date which is 30 days after (a) the earlier of Total Completion of the Work and completion of the Development Services and (b) the Outside Date (or such later date as may be agreed in writing by the Required Lenders), the Required Lenders may, in their sole and absolute discretion, cancel all or any unutilized portion of the Commitment.

  • An Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit is to remain in effect until thirty (30) days after the date of the Certificate of Total Completion of the Work by the Consultant.
