Total Support Stream definition

Total Support Stream means: (i) the existing technical support for the Converted and Replaced Licenses (as defined in section F.1 below); (ii) the technical support for the Program licenses as specified in section A, including the Deployment Programs; (iii) technical support for all Oracle programs licensed by your merged or acquired entities, as described in section C.2 below; (iv) Existing Technical Support for the Qualifying Entities (as defined below) and (v) technical support for any program licenses purchased under section D.1 (Price Hold).
Total Support Stream means: (i) the technical support for the Converted and Replaced Licenses as defined in section 5 (Converted and Replaced Licenses) of Amendment Two to this ordering document; (ii) the net technical support fees specified in section 2 (Fees, Invoicing and Payment Obligations) of Amendment Two to this ordering document; (iii) the technical support for all Oracle programs licensed by your merged or acquired entities, as described in section C.2 below; and (iv) the technical support for any program licenses purchased under section D.1 (Price Hold) of this ordering document and section 1.g of Amendment Two to the ordering document.
Total Support Stream means: (i) the technical support for the Unlimited Deployment Program Licenses specified in Section A including the Unlimited Deployment Program Licenses and Quantity Based Licenses and (ii) the technical support for all Oracle programs licensed by your merged or acquired entities, as specified in Section C.2, and (iii) the existing technical support for the Terminated Licenses, as defined below and (iv) technical support for any program licenses acquired under the terms of the Additional Licenses Section C.6.

  • However, the parties acknowledge that some of such licenses may have been inadvertently omitted (“Omitted Licenses”) from the Converted and Replaced Licenses Exhibit and that technical support fees associated with the Omitted Licenses were therefore excluded from the Total Support Stream.

  • Nothing in this Amendment shall be deemed to relieve you of your obligation to maintain all of the components of the Total Support Stream (as amended by this Amendment) in order to receive your Deployment Right and technical support for the program licenses acquired under the ordering document (as amended by this Amendment).

  • All technical support for program licenses acquired under the terms of this section shall be deemed part of the Total Support Stream.

  • If at any time following the effective date of this Amendment either you or Oracle discovers any Omitted Licenses, then the parties agree that: (i) you will continue to pay all technical support fees due in connection with the Omitted Licenses during the Deployment Period, and (ii) the parties will amend the ordering document to add the Omitted Licenses to the Converted and Replaced Licenses Exhibit and to include the technical support fees associated with the Omitted Licenses in the Total Support Stream.

  • In addition, you acknowledge and agree that (1) prior to a Qualifying Entity’s inclusion in your Deployment Right, you must execute with Oracle an amendment to this ordering document pursuant to which the Qualifying Entity’s Existing Technical Support Fees will be added to the Total Support Stream and (2) such Existing Technical Support Fees must be maintained as part of the Total Support Stream in order for you to maintain your Deployment Right.

  • For a period of four (4) from the effective date of this ordering document, you may order licenses for the programs (and first year of Software License Update & Support for the programs) at the appropriate license and support fees specified on the attached Price Hold Exhibit (Exhibit A), provided (i) such programs are available in production release when ordered, and (ii) you have continuously maintained the Total Support Stream.

  • However, the parties acknowledge that some of such licenses may have been inadvertently omitted (“Additional Omitted Licenses”) from the Converted and Replaced Licenses Exhibit and that technical support fees associated with the Additional Omitted Licenses were therefore excluded from the Total Support Stream.

  • Additionally, the Existing Technical Support Fees attributable to such Existing Program Licenses of such Acquired Entity must be maintained as part of your Total Support Stream; reinstatement fees and/or lapsed support fees shall apply with respect to any lapse in technical support for any such licenses which has occurred during the [*******] prior to such Acquired Entity’s acquisition.

  • If the Acquisition Total including the Increased Revenue of the Acquired Entity is less than [*******] at the time such Acquired Entity is acquired then you may elect to include such Acquired Entity in your Deployment Right for the remainder of the Unlimited Deployment Period subject to the terms and conditions of this ordering document and the agreement, provided that you have continuously maintained the Total Support Stream.

  • The technical support associated with the Restated Licenses is included in the Net Fee listed in section 2 of this Amendment and must be maintained as part of the Total Support Stream, as amended by Amendment Two to the ordering document and this Amendment, during the Deployment Period, in order for you to maintain your Deployment Right.


More Definitions of Total Support Stream

Total Support Stream means: (i) the existing technical support for the Converted and Replaced Licenses; (ii) the technical support for the Reinstated Licenses (pursuant to Amendment #1 to the contract); and (iii) the technical support for the program licenses specified in sections A-1 and A-2 of the ordering document (as amended by section 1.1 of OD Amendment Three), including but not limited to the Unlimited Deployment Programs.”

Related to Total Support Stream

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Individual Support Plan means a document in writing (as amended from time to time) between You and a Service User, their family, guardian, advocate or financial manager about the disability services to be delivered to the Service User and how those services will be delivered to meet the Service User’s identified goals;

  • Support Structure means an existing or new structure that supports or can support a mobile service facility, including a mobile service support structure, utility pole, water tower, building, or other structure.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Natural Supports or "Natural Support System" means resources and supports (e.g. relatives, friends, neighbors, significant others, roommates, or the community) who are willing to voluntarily provide services to an individual without the expectation of compensation. Natural supports are identified in collaboration with the individual and the potential "natural support". The natural support is required to have the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide the needed services and supports.

  • Child support means that part of an Enhanced Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Enhanced Child Restraint System.

  • Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • Fixed wing turbine powered aircraft means an aircraft that:

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Corrections support staff member means an adult or juvenile

  • RFT means Request for Tender.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.
