Tower Elements definition

Tower Elements. – means the portion(s) of the building which contain more than 3 storeys from grade.
Tower Elements means, with reference to Schedule 'B', the portions of a Development Phase above 20 metres in height.
Tower Elements means, with reference to Schedule B, for Buildings 1 and 4 the portions above 8 storeys, for Buildings 2 and 3 the portions above 4 storeys and for Building 5 the portions above 5 storeys.
