Track Implementation Protocol definition

Track Implementation Protocol means a form that has been approved by CMS, in accordance with the Model Agreement, that is designed to be completed by the Hospital and to set forth the Hospital’s plan for implementing a CRP Track.
Track Implementation Protocol means a form that has been approved by CMS, in accordance with this Agreement, that is designed to be completed by a Regulated Maryland Hospital and to set forth the Regulated Maryland Hospital’s plan for implementing a CRP Track.

  • The HSCRC shall include each CRP Hospital’s Intervention Resource Allocation, if any, for the relevant CRP Track and CRP Performance Period in the CRP Hospital’s relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol.

  • The HSCRC shall calculate PAU Savings using the PAU Savings methodology contained in the CMS approved Track Implementation Template for the relevant CRP Track, which must also be set forth in the CRP Hospital’s Approved Track Implementation Protocol.
