Traction Electricity Charge Adjustment definition

Traction Electricity Charge Adjustment means the adjustment to the Traction Electricity Charge as determined by HS1 Ltd in accordance with paragraph 4.8 of Part 2 of this Section 7;
Traction Electricity Charge Adjustment means the adjustment to the EC4T as calculated in accordance with paragraph 5.4 of Part 2 of this Schedule 7. Part 2: Track Charges

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Billing Adjustment Credit To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $50,378.70, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement.

  • Required Reserve Factor Floor means, for any Calculation Period, the sum (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 12.5% plus (b) the product of the Adjusted Dilution Ratio and the Dilution Horizon Ratio, in each case, as of the most recent Cut-Off Date.

  • Replacement Reserve Monthly Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • Resource Substitution Charge means a charge assessed on Capacity Market Buyers in an Incremental Auction to recover the cost of replacement Capacity Resources.

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;
