Trademark Security Agreement Supplement means a supplement to this Security Agreement, executed by each Grantor that now or hereafter owns a Trademark, in favor of the Secured Party, in the form acceptable to the Secured Party.

The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms.
Trademark Security Agreement Supplement means a supplement to this Security Agreement, executed by a Security Provider in favor of the Security Agent, substantially in the form of Exhibit 5 hereto.
