Trained Model definition

Trained Model means a Model that has processed or otherwise ingested Dataset(s) through a training and refinement procedure;
Trained Model means a customized version of Deepgram’s proprietary model for automated speech recognition for Customer’s use with the Software during the Subscription Term.
Trained Model means the AI Model as modified following Training, including associated weights.

Examples of Trained Model in a sentence

  • No person or entity who is not a party to this Agreement will have the right to enforce any provision of this Agreement[, except that third party users of the Trained Model are third-party beneficiaries of Section 4(b)].

More Definitions of Trained Model

Trained Model means a Model that is exposed to Data such that its weights, parameters and architecture embody insights from the Data.
Trained Model means any machine learning model, structure, or artifact produced or built from Customer Data that can be used to make data-driven predictions and decisions. Trained Models do not include Customer Data.
Trained Model means a custom model, based on Company's base model(s), which has been trained or otherwise generated by or for Customer in connection with this Agreement and/or the Third Party Platform, based on one or more datasets provided by or on behalf of Customer. Update" means an upgrade or update (such as a fix or patch) to or of AI21 Models. Usage Statistics" means any non-Customer-identifying information, data, reporting, suggestions, analyses, and/or intelligence relating to the operation, support, and/or Customer’s use, of AI21 Models and/or Model Output (such as metadata such as processing time and length of text, aggregated data, analytics, as well as parameters relating to the use of AI21 Models such as number of results requested from AI21 Models).
Trained Model means a custom model, based on an AI21 Model covered by this Agreement, which has been trained (whether via functionality of the Service or via Other Services) pursuant to this Agreement based on one or more datasets provided by or on behalf of Customer.

Related to Trained Model

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;
