Training Facilitator definition

Training Facilitator means an employee or consultant that is hired to teach not for credit community services classes using State Board for Community and Technical Colleges SBCTC intent code 31. Training facilitators are usually contracted for work through the college’s Continuing Education Department, and are not considered academic employees and are not covered by this contract.
Training Facilitator means an individual who has completed the College's Fire Training Grounds orientation course within the previous twelve (12) months or, if applicable, a refresher course within the previous twelve (12) months. The College may make reasonable requests for changes in the Program's operations or training. The User shall be responsible for the care, custody, control, supervision and security of its employees, agents, assigns, students, visitors and invitees. Should an emergency arise in which the User’s staff does not arrive timely or should the College be required to remove debris from the Facilities at the end of an Appointment, the User agrees to (in addition to the payment of the User Fee) reimburse the College for any time spent by the College's staff addressing said items.
