Training Fund definition

Training Fund. Pipe Fitters Training Fund, Local Union 597, created by Declaration of Trust, dated May 21, 1964, as amended thereafter.
Training Fund means the SADC Training Fund established by Article 15 of this Protocol; "Treaty" : means the Treaty establishing SADC;

  • Family planning services means services for clients of child bearing age (including minors who can be considered to be sexually active) who desire such services and that are intended to prevent pregnancy or otherwise limit family size.

  • Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Hospice means a public agency or private organization licensed pursuant to Chapter 400, Florida Statutes, to provide Hospice services.
