TRAIT FEE definition

TRAIT FEE means any upfront or annual fee collected by CERES or any AFFILIATED COMPANY in conjunction with NET SALES as an additional remuneration for the sale of COMMERCIAL PROPAGULES that have a particular valuable non-transgenic trait or characteristic.
TRAIT FEE means any upfront or annual fee collected by LICENSEE or any AFFILIATED COMPANY in conjunction with NET SALES as an additional remuneration for the sale of COMMERCIAL SEED that has a particular valuable trait or characteristic.

Related to TRAIT FEE

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Exit Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by Seller in respect of any Aggregate Unpaids, an amount equal to the greater of (i) $1000 and (ii) interest on any such unpaid Aggregate Unpaids at a rate per annum equal to 2% above the Prime Rate.

  • Applicable Fee means, for any day, with respect to any Commitment, the applicable percentage set forth in Annex I under the caption “Applicable Fee”.

  • Royalty Fee “Royalty Fee” means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.
