Tranche D Advance definition

Tranche D Advance means an advance (as from time to time reduced by repayment in accordance with the terms hereof or the Common Terms Agreement) made or to be made by the Project Facility Lenders under the Tranche D Facility.

Tranche D Advance and “Tranche D Advances” shall have the meanings assigned to those terms in Section 3(d).

• Furthermore, notwithstanding the foregoing applications of Collections, all Collections arising from the sale, lease or other disposition of REO Property purchased or acquired with any Tranche D Advance shall be used first to repay the principal of the revolving credit portion of any such Tranche D Advance until the same is paid in full and then applied pursuant to clauses first through fourteenth of this Section 5(d).

• The Tranche B Advance shall be converted into part of the Tranche D Advance by applying against the Tranche D Advance all outstanding principal and interest under the Tranche B Advance plus the Tranche B Final Payment.

• Each Tranche D Advance is solely to fund the operation of Mango Israel.

• If the Obligors' Agent fails to specify the duration of an Interest Period for any Tranche A Advance or Tranche D Advance the duration of that Interest Period shall be one month.

Tranche D Advance. “Revolving Advance”, “Rollover Advance” and/or “Term-out Advance”, as the context requires; in each case as from time to time reduced by repayment or prepayment;

Tranche D Advance means the Advance made in connection with the Eligible Mortgage Loans purchased by Aames Capital as a result of the call of the following six Aames Capital sponsored securitizations, Aames Mortgage Trust Series 1997-A, Aames Mortgage Trust Series 1997-B, Aames Mortgage Trust Series 1997-C, Aames Mortgage Trust Series 1997-D, Aames Mortgage Trust Series 1998-A or Aames Mortgage Trust Series 1998-B (the “Aames Mortgage Trusts”) which are less than 30 days delinquent.
