Transferred Policies definition

Transferred Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.16.
Transferred Policies means (i) each insurance policy held by a DivestCo NewCo or DivestCo Transferred Entity on the Separation Effective Time; and (ii) the Specified OPI Media Insurance Policy;

More Definitions of Transferred Policies

Transferred Policies means Phoenix Policies under which any liability remains unsatisfied or outstanding at the Transfer Date but excluding the Residual Policies and the Excluded Policies.
