Transformation Milestones definition

Transformation Milestones. Has the meaning given in Section 4.3(b)(ii) of the Agreement. Transformation Plan Means the plan set forth in Exhibit 20 to the Agreement and developed and updated pursuant to Section 4.3 of the Agreement, which identifies all material transformation activities and deliverables to be completed and provided by Service Provider in connection with the consolidation and transformation by Service Provider of the Services, and the dates by which each is to be completed by Service Provider. Transformation Services Means the consolidation activities, functions and deliverables, and the implementation of the technology and other process changes, described in the Transformation Plan. Transition and Transformation Charges Has the meaning given in Section 10 of Exhibit 4.
Transformation Milestones means the transformation milestones for the
Transformation Milestones. Has the meaning given in Section 4.3(b)(ii) of the Agreement.

  • Actual milestone dates are contained in the appropriate milestone documents (Attachment 19-A Transition Milestones and Attachment 20-A Transformation Milestones).

  • The Critical Deliverables, Transition Milestones and Transformation Milestones (and related deliverables) are "Milestone Deliverables" for purposes of this Agreement.

  • If Kraft recovers other monetary damages from Supplier as a result of Supplier’s failure to meet one or more Transformation Milestones, Supplier shall be entitled to set off against such damages any Deliverable Credits paid for the failures giving rise to such recovery.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Transformation Plan shall specifically identify, among other things, (i) the deliverables to be completed by Service Provider, (ii) the date(s) by which each such activity or deliverable is to be completed (the "Transformation Milestones"), (iii) the stabilization activities, including, without limitation, processes and procedures that Service Provider will correct to enable completion of the transformational activities.

  • Supplier shall perform the Transformation Services and implement the Transformation Plan in accordance with the timetable and Transformation Milestones set forth in the Transformation Plan, and Kraft shall reasonably cooperate with Supplier to assist Supplier in implementing the Transformation Plan.

  • Service Provider shall perform and provide the Transformation Services (including provision of the deliverables) in accordance with the timetable and the Transformation Milestones set forth in the Transformation Plan.

Related to Transformation Milestones

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone Dates means the dates for completion of specified Project activities as contained in the Project Schedule.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.1.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Targets means pre-agreed values to be achieved at the end of the period in relation to the result indicators included under a specific objective;

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(1) (c) (ii) for implementing the municipality’s delivery of municipal services and its annual budget.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Goal means the intended or projected result of a comprehensive corrections plan or community corrections program to reduce prison commitment rates, to reduce the length of stay in a jail, or to improve the utilization of a jail.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.
