Transitional Employee definition

Transitional Employee. - means an individual whose primary place of residence is within the City of Los Angeles and who prior to commencing work on a Project has satisfied at least one of the following criteria:
Transitional Employee means an employee who was covered by the former AGS Agreement immediately prior to commencement of this Agreement while they remain in continuous employment in AGS.
Transitional Employee means each Current Purchased Company Employee whose name is set forth on Section 1.1(h) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules.
