Transitioning Employees definition

Transitioning Employees means the Employees who agree to be transitioned to the employment of MACS pursuant to an offer made in connection with this agreement.
Transitioning Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 17.1(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Transitioning Employees

Transitioning Employees means any employee of the Seller who accepts an employment offer made by the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser, or otherwise becomes an employee of the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser, at or in conjunction with the Closing.
