Treating Fee definition

Treating Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section IX.A.

Examples of Treating Fee in a sentence

  • For any month, once the Floating or the Fixed Monthly Treating Fee amount has been reached, the allocation of gross Third Party treating revenue and the associated disposal fee shall return to seventy-five percent (75%) to Redwood and twenty-five percent (25%) to Hanover.

  • With respect to payment of the Fixed Monthly Treating Fee (as defined in the Gas Purchase Agreement), Hanover shall look solely to the proceeds derived from the sale of the gas owned or controlled by Redwood produced from the Rodessa/Sligo Interval in the AMI in each month as the source of payment of the corresponding treating fees incurred in said month with respect to such gas.

  • Gatherer shall have the right to adjust all rates and fees set forth in this Agreement on an annual basis, including without limitation the Gathering Fee, the Priority Capacity Rate, the Unloading and Transportation Fee and the Treating Fee, each July 1 in accordance with FERC indexing methodology as described in 18 C.F.R. § 342.3, subject to the following qualifications.

  • Gateway will be entitled to retain all of the Fixed Monthly Treating Fee and the balance of the price upside portion of the Floating Monthly Treating Fee.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Producer shall not be required to pay more than one Treating Fee for Producer’s Processable Gas at a Receipt Point, and if Producer’s Processable Gas at any Receipt Point both exceeds 4ppm for hydrogen sulfide and does not meet the Gas Quality Specifications as set forth in Exhibit D-1 for carbon dioxide, only the Treating Fee which calculates to the largest resultant fee per Mcf for such Receipt Point shall apply.

  • Similarly, during any Month that the weighted average by volume of Producer’s Processable Gas received at all Delivery Points exceeds the Gas Quality Specification set forth in Exhibit D-1 for carbon dioxide, then Producer shall pay to Processor the applicable Treating Fee set forth in Exhibit C for volumes at any Receipt Point that exceed the Gas Quality Specifications set forth in Exhibit D-1 for carbon dioxide.

  • During any Month that the weighted average by volume of Producer’s Processable Gas received at all Delivery Points exceeds 4ppm for hydrogen sulfide, then Producer shall pay to Processor the applicable Treating Fee set forth in Exhibit C for volumes at any Receipt Point that exceed 4ppm for hydrogen sulfide.

  • AEP agrees that, to the extent AEP’s Gas at a Points of Receipt contains carbon dioxide in excess of the *** percent (***%) by volume, DBM shall have the right and option to either (a) refuse to accept such Gas, or (b) accept such Gas and charge the CO2 Treating Fee as provided in Section 6.1(b).

  • If the Resale Price for the month is four dollars ($4.00) per MMBtu or less, then the Floating Monthly Treating Fee will be equal to the Fixed Monthly Treating Fee.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Section 7.3 to the contrary, Producer agrees that to the extent non-conforming Gas at a Gathering System Delivery Point is accepted and subsequently treated or conditioned with respect to its CO2 Component, such treating shall be done for the Treating Fee described and provided in Section 12.4 below.


More Definitions of Treating Fee

Treating Fee. As defined in Section 7.1(a)(3), a Treating Fee shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties, when and if necessary.

Related to Treating Fee

  • Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Structuring Fee has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;

  • Closing Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).

  • Funding Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b).

  • Exit Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Fee Letter.

  • Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swiss Francs in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Date means October 10, 2013 and the tenth day of each month thereafter through February 10, 2014.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Drawing Fee means, with respect to each Draft drawn by TCCI and purchased by any Person on any Drawing Date and subject to the provisions of Section 2.15, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Rate times the aggregate Face Amount of the Draft, multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the term to maturity of such Draft and the denominator of which is 365 or 366, as applicable.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Arrangement Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Incentive Payment means the payment to a STGU, including an AOBC Generation Unit, for RPS class I Renewable Generation Attributes and/or Environmental Attributes produced by these units, calculated pursuant to Section 7.0 below.

  • Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.
