Treatment Charge definition

Treatment Charge means all charges made to the District by the City of Sioux City, for treatment of the wastewater collected by such collection works. Treatment Charges shall be included in the Sewer User Charge.
Treatment Charge means the charge to recover the cost of wholesale treatment charges paid by the city to a wastewater treatment provider.
