Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. Helpdesk means the helpdesk facility provided by GBG to handle enquiries and administration for the Service.
Stability (7) means the standard deviation (1 sigma) of the variation of a particular parameter from its calibrated value measured under stable temperature conditions. This can be expressed as a function of time.
Tool means the tool developed in accordance with Section 35A-15-303.
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Scheduling means the actions of Seller and/or its designated representatives pursuant to Section 4.2, of notifying, requesting and confirming to ISO- NE the quantity of Energy to be delivered on any given day or days (or in any given hour or hours) during the Services Term at the Delivery Point.
Tools means integrated development environments (IDE), software development kits (SDK), applications, editors, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), templates, sample code, data integration connectors, and other similar developer software, documentation, quick start guides, and reference materials that are provided by SAP and utilized by Customer to create Content.
Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.
NOC means Network and Support Operating Centre.
Deployment means a period of time extending from six (6) months before a member of the uniformed services' departure from their home station on military orders through six (6) months after return to his or her home station.
shoring means a system used to support the sides of an excavation and which is intended to prevent the cave-in or the collapse of the sides of an excavation;
Help Desk means the contact point established by Project Co in respect of the Help Desk Services for the notification of Demand Requisitions, the occurrence of Events and other matters arising in relation to the provision of Services;
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.
Path means the Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation.
Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;
Screening means the evaluation process used to identify an individual's ability to perform activities of daily living and address health and safety concerns.
Subsystem means any subset of the System identified as such in the Contract that may be supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned individually before Commissioning of the entire System.
Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:
