Trust Advisory Board definition

Trust Advisory Board means the board that is to be created pursuant to Article 11.4 of this Plan for the purpose of advising the Trustee with respect to decisions affecting the Kmart Creditor Trust.
Trust Advisory Board means the Board that is to be created pursuant to Section 12.4 of the Plan for the purpose of advising the Trustee with respect to decisions affecting the Litigation Trust.
Trust Advisory Board means the board that is to be created pursuant to Section 10.4 of this Plan for the purpose of advising the Trustee with respect to decisions affecting the Creditors’ Trust to the extent set forth in the Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Trust Advisory Board

Trust Advisory Board shall have the meaning given to such term in the Litigation Trust Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, members of the Trust Advisory Board as of the date of this Agreement are the Xxxxxxxxx Resolution Group, Inc., Greenfield Environmental Multistate Trust LLC, Le Petomane XXVII, Inc., Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
Trust Advisory Board means the board that is to be created pursuant to Article VIII hereof for the purpose of advising the Plan Administrator with respect to decisions affecting the Litigation Trust.
