Trust Counsel definition

Trust Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 2(g).
Trust Counsel means Peabody & Brown, Boston, Massachusetts, or other counsel for the Trust selected by the Managing Trustee.
Trust Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 13.3.

  • Forum shall not charge the Trust for providing the legal services identified in Appendix B, except for those matters designated as Special Legal Services, as to which Forum may charge, and, subject to review and approval by the Chairman of the Audit Committee or Trust Counsel, the Trust shall pay, an additional amount as reimbursement of the cost to Forum of providing the Special Legal Services.
