Trustee Representative definition

Trustee Representative means any officer of the Trustee and any other person authorized by a writing signed by an officer of the Trustee to act as a Trustee Representative under the Indenture.

Trustee Representative means, with respect to the Trustee, any officer assigned to the Corporate Trust Office, including any managing director, principal, vice president, assistant vice president, assistant treasurer, assistant secretary, or any other officer of such Person customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers and having direct responsibility for the administration of the applicable agreement, and also, with respect to a particular matter, any other officer, to whom such matter is referred because of such officer’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and having direct responsibility for the administration of the applicable agreement.

Trustee Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Trustee for purposes of performing any act under this Indenture by a written certificate furnished by the Trustee to the System containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the Trustee by any duly authorized officer of the Trustee. The designation of the Trustee Representative may be changed by the Trustee from time to time by furnishing a new certificate to the System and the Trustee.

• Whenever under the provisions hereof the approval of the Trustee is required or the Trustee is required to take some action at the request of the District or the Certificate Owners, unless otherwise provided, such approval or such request shall be given for the Trustee by the Trustee Representative, and the District and the Certificate Owners shall be authorized to act on any such approval or request.

Trustee Representative means any Vice-President or Trust Officer or any other person authorized to act on behalf of the Trustee under or with respect to this Indenture and the Purchase Contract as evidenced by the By-laws of the Trustee conferring such authorization adopted by the Trustee.
