TSR Ranking definition

TSR Ranking means the TSR ranking of the Firm relative to the Benchmark Group, and is calculated as set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
TSR Ranking means the Company’s TSR ranked against the companies in the Comparator Group.
TSR Ranking means the Company’s ranking (in the range of highest to lowest) in the TSR Peer Group as of the end of the Performance Period determined on the basis of the TSR for the Performance Period for the Company and each of the Peer Group Members in the Peer Group (with the highest number ranked first and the lowest number ranked last). For purposes of determining the payout percentage, the achievement level of the Company will be determined by ranking the Company and each Peer Group Member as described and then assigning percentile rankings for the Company and each Peer Group Member based on the levels set forth above, by linear interpolation between threshold and target and target and maximum.

Examples of TSR Ranking in a sentence

  • The extent to which Performance Shares shall become earned on the vesting date described in Section 3 shall be based on the TSR Ranking attained by the Corporation.

  • The percentage of Performance Shares earned (the “Percentage of Performance Shares Earned”) shall be the percentage set forth in the Percentage of Performance Shares Earned column of the schedule set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto that corresponds to the TSR Ranking attained by the Corporation set forth in the TSR Ranking column of such schedule.

TSR Ranking means the Company’s ranking (in the range of highest to lowest) in the TSR Peer Group as of the end of the Performance Period determined on the basis of the TSR for the Performance Period for the Company and each of the applicable companies in the Peer Group (with the highest number ranked first and the lowest number ranked last).
TSR Ranking means the Company’s TSR performance (as determined below) relative to that of the Aerospace & Defense companies in the S&P 1500 Index with revenue less than $10 billion, as approved annually by the Company.
TSR Ranking means, with respect to each Performance Period, the then currently effective list of Peer Competitor Company Stocks arranged in decreasing order of the TSR achieved by each such company during the Performance Period, where the first stock listed has the highest TSR of the Peer Competitor Company Stocks and the last company listed has the lowest shareholder return of the Peer Competitor Company Stocks, as determined by the Committee in its discretion based on publicly available information.   • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period.
