UK Borrower DTTP Filing means an HM Revenue & CustomsForm DTTP2 duly completed and filed by the relevant Borrower, which: (i) where it relates to a U.K. Treaty Lender that is a Lender on the date of this Agreement, contains the scheme reference number and jurisdiction of tax residence stated opposite that Lender’s name in Schedule 1.01(a), and (a) where the Borrower is an Borrower on the date of this Agreement, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date of this Agreement; or (b) where the Borrower becomes a Borrower after the date of this Agreement, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date on which that Borrower becomes a Borrower under this Agreement; or (ii) where it relates to a U.K. Treaty Lender that is not an Lender on the date of this Agreement, contains the scheme reference number and jurisdiction of tax residence stated in respect of that Lender in the relevant Assignment or Assumption (or, if such Lender becomes Lender otherwise than pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption, in the relevant documentation which it executes on becoming a Lender under this Agreement); and (a) where the Borrower is a Borrower as at the date on which that U.K. Treaty Lender becomes a Lender under this Agreement, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of that date; or (b) where the Borrower is not a Borrower as at the date on which that U.K. Treaty Lender becomes a Lender under this Agreement, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date on which that Borrower becomes a Borrower under this Agreement; provided that, in the event that a Borrower uses a HM Revenue & Customs’ Form DTTP2A to make a filing in respect of more than one Lender, such Form DTTP2A shall be deemed to be a HM Revenue & Customs’ Form DTTP2 in respect of each U.K. Treaty Lender specified therein.

UK Borrower DTTP Filing means an HM Revenue & Customs Form DTTP2 duly completed and filed by a UK Borrower, which: (a) where it relates to a UK Treaty Lender which is a party on the date of this Agreement, contains the scheme reference number and jurisdiction of tax residence stated opposite that Lender’s name in Schedule 2.16(g), and (i) where the UK Borrower is a UK Borrower on the date of this Agreement, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date of this Agreement, or (ii) where the UK Borrower becomes a UK Borrower after the date of this Agreement, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of that date; or (b) where it relates to a UK Treaty Lender which becomes a party after the date of this Agreement, contains the scheme reference number and jurisdiction of tax residence stated in respect of that Lender in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which it becomes a party, and (i) where the UK Borrower is a UK Borrower on the date on which that UK Treaty Lender becomes a party as Lender in respect of a UK Loan, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of that date, or (ii) where the UK Borrower becomes a UK Borrower after the date on which that UK Treaty Lender became a party as Lender in respect of a UK Loan, is filed with HM Revenue & Customs within 30 days of the date on which that UK Borrower becomes a UK Borrower.
