Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.
CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;
CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Investor Report has the meaning stated in Section 3.5(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.11 are required to fund the Class A Note Interest Requirement, the Class B Note Interest Requirement and the Net Investor Servicing Fee, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2003-1 in accordance with subsection 4.12(b).
Insider Report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.
Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).
MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.
Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
Servicer Report A report (substantially in the form of Schedule 5 hereto) or otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Master Servicer and Securities Administrator on an electronic data file or tape prepared by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.03(a) of this Agreement, with such additions, deletions and modifications as agreed to by the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Servicer.
CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.
Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2018-2 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2018-2 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.
CREFC® Advance Recovery Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Advance Recovery Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.
Servicer Remittance Report As defined in Section 4.03(d).
Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.
CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Excess Cash Flow Application Date as defined in Section 2.12(c).
Green Tag Reporting Rights means the exclusive right of a purchaser of Environmental Attributes to report ownership of Environmental Attributes in compliance with federal or state law, if applicable, and to federal or state agencies or other parties at such purchaser's discretion, including under any present or future domestic, international, or foreign emissions trading program or renewable portfolio standard.
