Unauthorized Charge definition

Unauthorized Charge has the meaning given under the Liability Waiver Insurance.
Unauthorized Charge means a charge or other fee on a Consumer’s bill which has not been authorized by the Consumer.
Unauthorized Charge means a charge made by an Account Holder to a Commercial Account that (i) has not been authorized by Customer, and (ii) has been accepted and processed by a merchant having the technology capable of determining and confirming that the charge did not meet the parameters established by Customer for authorized charges.

Unauthorized Charge has the meaning set forth in paragraph (b) of Section 7.6 (
Unauthorized Charge. (“cramming”) means any recurring charge on a Customer’s telephone bill that was not authorized or verified in compliance with R14-2-2005. This does not include one-time pay-per-use charges or taxes and other sur- charges that have been authorized by law to be passed through to the Customer.
