Unauthorized Usage definition

Unauthorized Usage means the intentional or unintentional receiving of water and/or sewer service from the District without making prior application, as required herein; or the reestablishment of water or sewer service by someone other than a duly authorized District representative.
Unauthorized Usage means the intentional or unintentional delivery or receipt of water and/or sewer service from the District without making prior application therefor as required herein; or where a meter has been turned on or service otherwise reconnected to a structure by someone other than a duly authorized District representative.
Unauthorized Usage with respect to the use of CTS shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (i) accessing, altering or interfering (or attempting or assisting another to access, alter or interfere) with the communications equipment and/or information of any Customer by rearranging, tampering or making any unauthorized connection with any cellular telephone equipment or Facilities, or using any scheme, false representation or false credit devices, or by or through any other fraudulent means or devices whatsoever, whether within or outside of the Territories (including, without limitation, the alteration, modification or other change to cellular telephone equipment which would be viewed by the Facilities as the provision of CTS to two cellular telephones through one Number); (ii) using the CTS in such a manner so as to interfere unreasonably with the use of CTS by one or more Customers; (iii) using the CTS to convey information deemed to be, in GTE's sole discretion, obscene, salacious, or prurient, or to convey information of a nature or in such a manner that renders such conveyance unlawful or to convey information deemed to be foul or profane, or to impersonate another person with fraudulent or malicious intent, or to call another person so frequently or at such times of day or in such manner as to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass such other person, or for any purpose in violation of the law, or in such manner as to interfere unreasonably with the use of the CTS by any other Customer. (iv) any unauthorized, wrongful or misappropriated use of CTS on a number assigned to Reseller, whether such Number is currently active and whether such use is by the Reseller or one of its End Users.

Examples of Unauthorized Usage in a sentence

  • All Unauthorized Usage shall be billed at the higher of $2.50 per therm or a rate equal to ten times the highest price of the daily ranges which are published in Gas Daily on the table “Daily Price Survey” for delivery in Transco Zone 6 or Texas Eastern Zone M-3.

  • The Unauthorized Usage Charge will be as follows: The applicable rate for transmission service and associated Ancillary Services charges; plus 125% of the maximum hourly delivery charge per Rate Schedule 01.

  • Pursuant to Rate Schedule 01 of the OATT, BC Hydro will charge the Transmission Customer a penalty (Unauthorized Usage Charge) if it:▪ schedules energy on another Transmission Customer’s transmission reservation withoutapproval from that transmission reservation owner; and▪ does not have sufficient transmission capacity for its energy schedules.

  • In addition, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, with respect to any claim or suit, by CUSTOMER or by any other(s), for damages associated with any action or inaction involving the installation, provision, termination, maintenance, repair, or restoration of Service during any period of CUSTOMER's Unauthorized Usage thereof, SKYNET shall have no liability whatsoever and CUSTOMER shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend SKYNET (at SKYNET's request) from and against any such damages.

  • The program had no contracted staff and volunteers during this annual compliance review period.

Related to Unauthorized Usage

  • Unauthorized Use means either of the following:

  • Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.

  • Unauthorized Code means any virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other software routines or hardware components designed to permit unauthorized access, to disable, erase, or otherwise harm Software, hardware or data.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Unauthorized signature means a signature made without actual, implied, or apparent authority. The term includes a forgery.

  • Unauthorised expenditure , means any expenditure incurred by a municipality otherwise than in accordance with section 15 or 11(3) of the MFMA, and includes-
