Cellular Telephones. The Employer will reimburse permanent employees who remain with the SaskTel Plan and all temporary employees to a maximum of $100.00 per month toward the cost of receipted cellular telephone costs in addition to employment-related long distance charges. It is understood that first time in-car installation will be paid by Employer. Employees will be permitted to apply the unused portion of the monthly allowance maximum towards reducing the amortization costs related to the purchase, leasing and/or annual licensing costs. It is understood that this provision applies only to those employees eligible to claim such costs under the cellular phone policy. It is further understood that the National Secretary-Treasurer's Office will develop a form which must be used by employees making claims under this provision. Claims under this provision cannot be made retroactively.

Cellular Telephones. A driver may not have a cellular telephone in his/her possession at any time. No driver may use a cellular telephone while driving a school bus or in the presence of KPS students. No employee will have a Bluetooth or similar device in their ear while driving the school bus.
Cellular Telephones. The Employer shall provide a cellular phone to all employees requiring it in the performance of their duties. Personal use of such telephones shall be permitted, provided such personal use does not cause the Employer to incur additional costs. Allocation of cellular phones shall be at the sole discretion of the Employer.

Cellular Telephones. Pagers The use of cellular telephones by any employee, without permission, during normal production hours (excluding breaks) is prohibited. Violation of this policy is subject to disciplinary action up to and including possible termination depending upon the degree of violations. Pagers are allowed; however, the Company’s policy of returning calls received via pager is by permission only. The Company is not responsible for any damage to employees’ cell phones or pagers.
Cellular Telephones. District cellular telephones should be used only for professional/critical job-related calls or in cases of an urgent job-related need or emergency or an urgent personal need or emergency. An example of such use would be the nurse notifying his/her family that he/she has been detained at the end of a shift. Personal use of District cellular telephone should be strictly limited. All nurses will sign an “SRHD Cellular Phone Agreement” prior to being issued a cellular phone.
