Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.
Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:
Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.
Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.
Excluded Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Value Added Services means products, equipment, hardware, Software, or services the Agency procures through Vendor or Vendor Contractors, directly or indirectly, hereunder, including goods or services:
Restricted Services means services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.
Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.
PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). See Preventive Care and Early Detection Services in Section 3. PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs. Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;
Inpatient care means treatment for which the insured person has to stay in a hospital for more than 24 hours for a covered event.
Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual
Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
Pharmacy care means medications prescribed by a licensed physician and any health-related services considered medically necessary to determine the need or effectiveness of the medications.
Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.
Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.
Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
Covered Services means all or a part of those medical and health services set forth in rule 441—86.14(514I).
Urgently Needed Services means Covered Services needed to prevent a serious deterioration in a Member’s health. While not as immediate as Emergency Services, these services cannot be delayed until the Member can see a Plan Provider.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or “CMS” means the federal office under the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.
