Uncommitted Capacity definition

Uncommitted Capacity means that amount of capacity above the Joint Tariff MDQ to be made available at all times for uncommitted Joint Tariff Service, such that the Joint Tariff MDQ represents ninety percent (90%) and the Uncommitted Capacity represents ten percent (10%) of the total Joint Tariff Capacity.
Uncommitted Capacity means the amount of Unit Capacity which is not designated as Committed Capacity under the terms of this Agreement.
Uncommitted Capacity means, for a month, the greater of (i) ten percent (10%) of the Available Capacity for such month, or (ii) the positive difference resulting from the subtraction of the Committed Capacity from the Available Capacity for such month.

More Definitions of Uncommitted Capacity

Uncommitted Capacity means the pipeline capacity that has not been committed to Committed Shippers and shall include up to 10% of total pipeline capacity.
Uncommitted Capacity means such capacity determined by the Gas Regulator in a liquefaction, re-gasification, transmission, storage or distribution facility as is not required to meet contractual obligations.
