Term Shipper definition

Term Shipper means a Shipper that is a party to a Contract.
Term Shipper means a Committed Shipper and/or an Expansion Shipper.
Term Shipper has the meaning given in the Rules and Regulations.

More Definitions of Term Shipper

Term Shipper. " means the Party indicated as such on page 1 hereof;
